TL;DR: You buy it, you own it. No subscriptions, no lock-in, no data collection.
Orebit GeoSuite is a one-time purchase desktop-grade software that runs in your browser. Your data stays on your machine.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Orebit GeoSuite ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
2. Description of Service
Orebit GeoSuite is a suite of geological workflow tools consisting of:
- Orebit Core — Drillhole data preparation and validation
- Orebit Assay — Exploratory data analysis for drilling results
- Orebit Resource — Mineral resource estimation
The Software runs entirely in your web browser as a client-side application. No data is transmitted to our servers.
3. License & Usage
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Software for your personal or commercial geological projects.
- You may: Use the Software for unlimited projects, export results, and modify outputs for your workflow.
- You may not: Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the Software files with third parties.
- You may not: Reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Software for redistribution.
4. Payments & Billing
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. All prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes.
- This is a one-time purchase — no recurring subscriptions.
- Upon successful payment, you will receive download access to the Software files.
- Future major version upgrades may be offered as separate purchases.
5. Intellectual Property
The Software, including all code, designs, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of Orebit. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. While the Software implements methodologies aligned with KCMI/JORC standards, it is a decision-support tool and does not replace professional geological judgment.
- Orebit does not guarantee that the Software will produce results suitable for any specific regulatory submission.
- Users are responsible for validating all outputs against applicable reporting standards (KCMI, JORC, NI 43-101, etc.).
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Orebit be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Software, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Software is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Software processes all data locally in your browser — no data is sent to our servers.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
