If Orebit GeoSuite doesn't meet your expectations, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with Orebit GeoSuite. If for any reason the Software does not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase date.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to hello@orebit.id with:
- Your order confirmation email or order number
- The email address used for purchase
- A brief reason for the refund (optional — helps us improve)
We will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving your request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method via Lemon Squeezy.
3. What's Covered
- Full refund of the purchase price (individual tool or bundle)
- Any applicable taxes charged at checkout
- Refund requests made within 7 calendar days of purchase
4. What's Not Covered
- Refund requests made after the 7-day period
- Issues caused by third-party software, browser incompatibility, or hardware limitations (contact us for support instead)
- Change of mind after extended use beyond the 7-day window

If you experience technical problems with the Software, please contact us at hello@orebit.id before requesting a refund. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and may be able to help you get the Software working in your environment.
6. Bundle Purchases
If you purchased the Orebit GeoSuite bundle (Core + Assay + Resource), the refund covers the entire bundle. Partial refunds for individual tools within a bundle are not available.
