TL;DR: GeoSuite is free and open source — nothing is sold, so there is nothing to refund.
Core, Assay and Resource are free software under GPL-3.0, on the web, as an installed app and as the Windows desktop edition. This page covers voluntary contributions and how to get help.
1. Nothing is sold
There is no price, licence key, subscription or paid tier, so no purchase exists to refund.
2. Voluntary contributions
A contribution via Saweria is a gift toward maintenance, not a purchase, and buys nothing. If you contributed by mistake (wrong amount, a double payment), e-mail us within 30 days and we will sort it out in good faith with Saweria.
3. Getting help
Open an issue at github.com/ghoziankarami/geosuite/issues (public; attach only a small, anonymised example file) or e-mail [email protected].
4. Support the project
GeoSuite stays free because people who use it chip in. If it saves you time, a donation of any amount on Saweria keeps it maintained. Donations never unlock features or change the licence.
