Refund & Support Policy
TL;DR: GeoSuite is free — there's nothing to refund.
Core, Assay, and Resource are free to use, both the web version and Desktop Edition, with no trial period and no license fee. This page explains what happens if you've made a voluntary Support Orebit contribution.
1. GeoSuite Itself Is Free
There is no purchase price for Core, Assay, or Resource — web or Desktop Edition. Nothing is charged to use the software, so a traditional refund policy doesn't apply to the product itself.
2. About Support Orebit Contributions
If you've chosen to support the project's development through the Support Orebit donation link, that's a voluntary contribution, not a purchase — there's no product or license tied to it, so it isn't refundable in the ordinary sense.
That said, if you contributed by mistake (wrong amount, accidental double contribution, etc.), email us and we'll sort it out in good faith on a case-by-case basis.
